Design Notes

This part includes a 45bp region of homology to Insert 1, as well as a 50bp region of homology at the end to insert 1. The two regions of homology are set up for easy assembly, and are set in the recombination zone and tetracycline resistance to avoid messy recombination in the terminator or promoter sites.
